Pricing and Holiday Information
Short breaks are available from £1500 but only week lets are available during the school holidays. Our change over day is Friday. Please contact us with your requirements on 015395 33353.

Pricing Your Holiday
Our prices are shown weekly for Hardcragg Hall NOT per person. This means incredible value when calculated on a per person basis!! Average rates are around £20 per person per night for maximum occupancy.
Importantly, there are NO booking fees and all bed linen, solid fuel, gas and electric are included in the price.
Booking a Short Break
Because we own and manage Hardcragg Hall we can take a very flexible approach to providing short break accommodation. These can be arranged out of season and at short notice during the high season, please telephone our reservations department to discuss your requirement.
Prices for short breaks start from £1500 and are based on a % of the full weekly price depending on the number of nights required.
3 nights 2/3 of the full rate, 4 nights 75%, 5 nights 85%, 6 nights 90%.
Changeover Days, Arrivals,
Key Collection & Departure
For weekly bookings, changeover day is on Friday.
When you book your holiday, we will provide directions and key collection instructions with your holiday confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated in your holiday confirmation, you are welcome to arrive at your property from 3.00pm on the start date and must vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure.
You are responsible for everyday cleaning and must the leave the property clean and tidy.
Property, Equipment & Facilities
Hardcragg Hall is fully inspected each year and graded by VisitBritain (formerly the English Tourist Council).
Our property descriptions describe the equipment and facilities that are provided. Please note we do not provide towels but these can be hired from us at £4 per set (1 bath and 1 hand towel) these must be booked in advance, collected and returned tous at the end of your stay. A refundable charge of £10 payable in cash will be charged on collection and refunded on return.
Travelling with Children
A travel cot is provided for our youngest visitors but please bring your own linen. There are also two highchairs available for use at the Hall as well as child friendly plastic crockery. The house has a built in stair gates (Elizabethan style!). Please let us know your requirements in advance so we can make your families stay as comfortable as possible.
